Developers Hub is a social media platform designed specifically for developers, where they can connect, share projects, and engage with each other. The platform is built using Next.js for the frontend and Nest.js for the backend, providing a scalable and maintainable architecture, making it perfect for the growing developer community.

The platform offers several features such as real-time notifications, efficient task handling, and the use of modern UI components to provide an excellent experience for developers.

• Nest.js with Modular Monolithic Architecture
• Redis Pub/Sub for real-time notifications
• Redis for performance optimization through caching
• BullMQ for background tasks like email notifications
• PostgreSQL as the main database
• Prisma ORM for database management
• Socket.io for real-time communication

Frontend:

• Next.js 15 for fast and SEO-friendly pages with Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
• TailwindCSS for flexible and customizable styling
• Shadcn UI for modern and user-friendly UI components

⚡ About the Project:

This project was an exciting learning journey for me, and through it, I explored powerful tools like Redis and BullMQ for building large-scale applications. During development, I faced numerous challenges that helped me understand the best practices for building scalable and maintainable projects. Using Next.js, I created a fast and efficient frontend, while Nest.js handled backend operations seamlessly. I’m excited about the future development of Developers Hub.
